9 days until Premier League begins
After the long, football-less summer, we now stand just 9 days for NBC Sports Group kicks off the most dedicated , intensive and complete coverage of the Premier League across the world.
Coverage will begin on Saturday , August 17, at 7 AM ET on NBC Sports Network with the Liverpool-Stoke City match and continues during the season on the networks of NBCUniversal , on the Premier League Extra Time bonus TV package , and streamed on NBC Sports Live Extra .
On Championship Sunday , the final day of the Premier League season , all 20 clubs will be in action, together with all 10 matches kicking off at the same time and displayedat that time on 10 NBCUniversal programs .
NBC Sports Group makes available in the United States all of the 380 games from the Premier League. That’s greater than somewhere else across the world. All games are to be preceded and followed by Premier League Live pre- and post-match shows from the NBC Sports Group International Broadcast Center in Stamford , Conn.
There are a lot of reasons to look to the new Premier League campaign, but the most important of course is the race for the title. Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea all have different men in charge and will all have a raft of thrilling new signings by the time of the great kick-off and anything could happen.
Also transfers during the summer break, will make a fierce fight to win the title. Changes in leadership and team of the giants promise a season full of adrenaline. This season’s finale is going to take place on May 11 , 2014 at 11 AM ET .
