Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski believes the visit of Schalke on Wednesday is a crucial tie for the Gunners in the Champions League.
The Germany international believes Schalke are his side's biggest rivals in Group B and insists Arsenal have to make use of home advantage, with the north Londoners set for a trip to Schalke on 6th November.
"Schalke is a very strong team, the strongest we will face in the group stage," Podolski told the Official Matchday Programme.
"If we can win this game we will be very well placed. Schalke are a good team though, they are something special at home, with their fans behind them, so we will want the three points at home."
Arsenal can be backed at 2.10 to secure the win, Schalke are 3.40 to leave the Emirates Stadium with all three points and the draw is priced at 3.50.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will be desperate for his side to bounce back after their disappointing loss to Norwich in the Premier League on Saturday.
Youngster Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain suffered a hip injury in the defeat on Saturday and will miss Schalke's visit as a result.
The Gunners will also be without long-term absentees Jack Wilshere, first-choice goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, Tomas Rosicky and Bacary Sagna, while Abou Diaby, Kieran Gibbs and Theo Walcott also remain sidelined.
However, defender Laurent Koscielny is expected to be available following a back problem.
In the other Group B fixture on Wednesday evening reigning French champions Montpellier host Greek side Olympiakos.
